Ironman triathlon

If you want to take part in a Triathlon, but you do not know where to start, then look no further.

I have taken part in multiple triathlon distance events from novice distance, super sprint distance, sprint distance, olympic distance, olympic plus distance and Ironman 70.3 distance.

I have a 1-1 plan that includes 12 hours of training for preparation for your triathlon. The Triathlete Package includes (3 x 1 hour swim coaching, 3 x 1 hour bike coaching, 3 x 1 hour run coaching and finally a 1 x 3 hour sessions in one go putting it all together swim, bike then run training session with me right by your side!

You will be encouraged and pushed every session and supported every step of the way.

I also include a full ‘what to eat & when’ triathlon nutrition guide to support your body and teach you how to fuel your body correctly, along with my top tips and tricks to take away your nerves on race week and race day, which has helped me get some fantastic finishing times.

Finally, on race day, you will feel so motivated and encouraged as I will be there to support you and I’ll be waiting at the finish end to see you cross that line with your arms in the air!
