Packages & Personal Training Prices.
Duration: 30 minutes/1 hour session
Training: Consisting of - Free weights, Kettlercise, TRX, Body pump, Boxercise, KickBoxercise, Aerobics, Strength training, Balance/Co-ordination, and Fitness Tests.
Statistics: Before and after measurements, weight tracking, photographs with every 12 session transformation package (Optional).
Location: The Fortress - 329 Doncastle Road, RG12 8PE.
RAM Fitness UK Mobile: Personalized traning and Body Transformation in the comfort of your home. Travel costs in accordance to HMRC Mileage Guidelines.
Prices:
Pay as you go 30 minutes: £25.00
1 hour £40.00 per session.
12 x 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Body Transformation sessions for the price of 10. £250.00 (A saving of £50.00)
12 x 60 minute Body Transformation sessions for the price of 10. £400.00 (A saving of £80.00)
(Nutritional guidance & support included when purchasing a 12 session package)
RAM FITNESS UK BOOT CAMP:
Duration: 45 minutes
Training: Group circuit training with a fun structure in an Indoor & Outdoor urban environment. Consisting of Circuit training, Body pump, Boxericse, KickBoxercise, Aerobics, and Running.
We also switch up the light setting and will go from Bootcamp with lights on to Boomcamp with the lights off and have LED disco lights on throughout The Fortress to give it a twist. On occasion we also have DJ special nights and you will be completing your circuits while a LIVE DJ is performing.
Location: The Fortress - 329 Doncastle Road, RG12 8PE.
Prices:
Pay as you go £7.00 per Boot Camp session.
12 x 45 minutes for £77.00 (A saving of £7.00).
RAM FITNESS UK ULTIMATE BODY TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE:
This is for the highly committed and focused Rammers that want fast track results through an Intensive workout program combined with Personal Training & Boot camps for a 90 day period.

RAM FITNESS UK THEMED FITNESS/ACTIVITY PARTIES FOR CHILDREN:
(5 YEARS OF AGE AND UPWARDS)
Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
Fitness and Activity themed parties organised by RAM Fitness UK: Parties involve fun and games including - Kids Boxercise, co-ordination, aerobics, brain alert, and team work.
Location: RAM Fitness UK has a number of indoor locations that can be recommended in different areas around Berkshire.
Prices:
£250.00 per party (maximum 20 participants) - All fitness and activity equipment is provided by RAM Fitness UK.
RAM Fitness UK are Enhanced CRB checked.
